Topeka's 20-30 Club members will be busy this Sunday. They're planning on buying coats, gloves and hats for 100 teenagers, and are making their purchases at the Walmart South on 37th Street around 1:00pm. The teenagers represent at-rist kids who are in the custody of The Villages and TFI of Topeka.
